Shipping Policy

Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Partsmaster ships all items within two business days of receiving an order. You should receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

Shipping Locations
To expedite delivery, your order may ship from different locations, so you may receive multiple packages. There will be no additional shipping charges. You also may not receive tracking information if we ship direct from a manufacturer or vendor.

Shipping Rates
Online Orders: As part of the checkout process, you will be provided with shipping rates based on the ship to state and zip code. Shipping rates will change depending upon the weight, size and type of products you have ordered. To check a shipping rate before checkout, add the product to the basket, when the page reloads a mini basket will appear on the page, click "shipping rates" and when the small screen pops up enter your state and zip code and click update. Oversize products may require additional shipping charges based on the size and or weight of the shipping package. Such additional charges will be confirmed with the customer prior to processing and shipping.

Tax Information
State sales tax applies to orders shipping to Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada and Texas.
